In an effort to help lower the costs of health care, specifically prescription drugs, Kirkendoll Management is proud to introduce the Prescription Drug Card Program. The program provides discounts on prescription drugs to all club employees, dancers, friends, and family members and has no eligibility requirements, such as age or income restrictions.

ANYONE can download a FREE prescription drug card below and receive savings of up to 75 percent (savings average around 30 percent) at more than 50,000 national and regional participating pharmacies.

Enter your name and e-mail in the Card Information box below and the system will generate a printable membership card for you. Each family member must have his/her own card. All prescriptions processed through the program are completely confidential.  This card is pre-activated and can be used immediately. The Prescription Drug Card program is not insurance and does not lower co-pays.

This program also includes other benefits, such as $25 Eye Glasses, QualSight Lasik Surgery, Vitamins Savings Plan, US Hearing Plan, Choice Plus Dental Plans, ProSmile Teeth Whitening, American Cosmetic Surgery Network, BirthControlCard.com, and Diabetic Savings Plan.  This wide array of benefits will save you and your family lots of money!

Those who benefit from the Prescription Drug Card Program include:

• EVERYONE
• Uninsured and underinsured
• Anyone who does not qualify for Medicaid or Medicare
• Anyone with health insurance coverage but no prescription drug benefits or
• Anyone with a High Deductible Insurance Plan or Health Savings Account
• Any seniors with Medicare Part D to cover prescription drugs while in the “donut hole” and to purchase non-covered drugs
• The program discounts all non-formulary medications, the medications NOT covered by an insurance provider.
• The program also covers some pet medications that can be purchased at participating pharmacies.
